Ability to Re-Assign Design Systems for emails
Have you ever created a new email, added all your content and then realised the Design System was incorrect or needed updating? Well now you can easily re-assign design systems at any time, automatically updating the entire module library and the emails designs with a click of a button. Simply select the emails three dot menu, choose ‘Update Design System’ and select/reselect the desired Design System. Automatic re-branding in seconds!
Email grouping by Master and versions.
Are you creating many version of an email? maybe an A/B test? or multiple language variations of a Master email? If so you now have a new option in the three dot menu on emails called ‘Create Version’. This will create a new version of your Master Email. This feature will not only help you keep you emails organised, but coupled with the above Update Design System feature will allow you to automatically re-branded multiple emails at the same time! Even more time savings!
Ability to add global code snippets to your emails via Design Systems
We understand that sometimes there are code snippets which need to be included in every email you send out. This could be as simple as a tracking pixel at the bottom of your email, a piece of ESP/MAP specific coding for content variables, or even come custom CSS in the head of you email. To solve for this we have added the new ‘Coding’ tab in Design Systems which allows you to enter custom coding into your email. But remember, with great power comes great responsibility! Be sure the code your entering is well tested.
Long emails are now even easier to navigate and edit.
We have added a new tab to the email builder called ‘Content’. This tab will display the structure of your email and allow simple navigation and editing of your content. Once you add a module to your email, it will also display in this Content tab, allowing you to quickly edit, rearrange, or remove the module without having to find the module in the email design on the right. You can also click on the modules in the content tab to navigate directly to the modules properties and make changes!
Marketo integration now supports Marketo Template Syntax
Our Marketo integration has had a complete refresh with new advanced features added. When exporting to Marketo you can now choose to make your templates editable and we will automatically added all the required Marketo Template syntax for you. All modules and even individual components in MashrMail can be made editable after export, allowing you to make further content changes in Marketo directly needed.
