Our monthly product updates are here! Take control of your social icons with our new Design Systems feature. Customise colours or use your own icons with relevant URLs. Countdown timers just got better too, with 20 design options, timezone control, custom labels, and more. Link your logo externally for easy management. Preview PDFs now support multiple views—Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. Our video module offers enhanced control, including animated fallbacks and custom fallback links. Social Icons option now controlled in Design Systems
Our social icons have been updated with all new functionality and updated assets in line with the relevant brand guidelines. In your Design Systems you can now control if the social icons are ‘automatic’ or ‘custom’. Automatic will now allow you to change the colour of the icons to any of your Main Colour Pallet, while custom will allow you host your own custom social icons externally and add their relevant URLs.
Improved countdown timer functionality
We’ve rebuilt our Countdown Timer to add new functionality and Twenty different timer design options all integrated with your brands Design Systems. With support for timezone control, custom labels, expire messages and more our built in timer functionality ensures you don’t need to pay extra for a 3rd party service.
Design System logo options
We understand you may want to host all your images externally in a central image dam, and this goes double for your brand assets like your logo. That’s why we have now updated the Design System to support linking to your logo externally. Simple.
Preview PDF now supports multiple views
Ever wanted a PDF of your awesome email in Desktop, Tablet and Mobile view? Well now you can easily output exactly what you’re seeing in MashrMail by simple adjusting your preview to the desired view (Desktop/Tablet/Mobile) and then selecting ‘Create PDF’ from the Preview menu. We’ll automatically generate the PDF based on your current view!
Our custom video module now has even more control
Our Video module was already pretty awesome, but now its even better! We’ve added fields for ‘Video Source’, ‘Video Image’, ‘Animated Fallback’, ‘Static Fallback’ and ‘Fallback Link’ to allow you even greater control over each individual assets. This is particularly useful for updating the Fallback Link to point to a custom landing page, instead of just the video, to continue the recipients journey smoothly.
Typography controls for Space After and Weight
Our Topography Styles by default are set to industry best practices and ensure a great recipient experience on both Desktop and Mobile. But, sometimes you want to finesse these even further. Well now you can! We have added controls for the space after each block of text and the individual font weight. These can be set globally in your Typography section of your Design Systems to ensure consistent treatments across your entire email library.
